Set across 35 acres of award-winning greenspace, AEP is redefining the modern workplace. The property features walking trails, gardens, and apiaries, with buildings certified LEED Gold and BOMA Best. Onsite childcare, a café, easy commuting options, and 24/7 tenant support make it a place where work and life truly coexist. The only issue? Their website wasn’t telling that story.
The problem
AEP’s old website failed to capture their campus’s modern sophistication and community spirit. It lacked visual appeal, storytelling, and the functionality needed to showcase leasing opportunities.
